About Me
My name is Sarah, a former Art Teacher and Person- Centred Therapist. I am interested in community, creativity, relationships and self development.
I have found that a regular yoga practice has helped me to feel more grounded and therefore able to manage the stresses of daily life. Mindful movement and meditation has given me time to look inwards, foster patience and a sense of calm.
Allowing myself to rest gets me out of a state of ‘always doing’ and brings more balance to my life.
I therefore offer calming hatha yoga classes that include somatic movement, meditation and yoga nidra for deep rest.
Let’s feel into the body and the mind and re-connect with ourselves.
I completed my 200 hour Hatha and Restorative Yoga Teacher Training Course at The Bristol School of Yoga in September 2024.
I currently teach at the The Langton Wellness Hub in Brislington, Bristol on Friday mornings.
